COURSE OVERVIEW
This workshop is facilitated by workforce planning experts and will give you an in-depth view of each step of the workforce planning process using a proven methodology and a combination of tools and techniques.
This workshop delivers a strong foundation of workforce planning theory and uses real life examples to demonstrate the practicalities of ‘doing’ workforce planning. Designed to give you an understanding of the fundamentals of workforce planning, this workshop will also assist you to formulate effective workforce plans and integrate workforce planning into your organisation’s strategic planning cycle.

- Bring line managers on-board and assist with the assessment of their workforce needs
- Support managers to implement effective workforce planning and resultant strategies
- Better understand the environment within which the organisation operates, its future business challenges, and their likely impact on the workforce

FORMAT
This workshop is presented in an interactive, professional environment. Practical exercises are balanced with thought-provoking presentations to ensure understanding of concepts and their application within each participant’s organisation. Participants are armed with ideas and a detailed reference manual to assist with immediate implementation. This workshop does not include instruction on how to utilise workforce planning technologies. It focuses on the concepts and practical application of workforce planning, not the enabling technology.
